Tracking numbers are issued by email at the point of dispatch. The carrier’s site is the authoritative source for scans.

Finding your number

The tracking number is in the dispatch email, and it is also on the order in your account area if you created one at checkout. Orders normally leave us within 1 business day, so a number that has not appeared after that is worth asking about.

How long delivery takes

Once the parcel is with USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground, allow 3–6 business days. Both figures are business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.

If something looks wrong

A parcel that has not scanned in a week, or one marked delivered but missing, goes to contact@bridegear.shop. We take it from there.
