Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer. Our acceptance is the dispatch email. We reserve the right to decline before dispatch, with a full refund.
Prices and errors
Prices are shown in USD and are accurate when published. A clear mistake is resolved with you before dispatch, and no additional amount is charged without your consent.
Using this site
The material on this site is protected. Links are welcome. Systematic copying, automated harvesting and commercial reuse are not allowed.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Returns and Refunds page, and cancellation by our Cancellation Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.
Stock and availability
Stock counts are genuine. If two orders land on the last item at once, we refund the second in full and never swap in a different product silently.
Governing law
This agreement is subject to the law of California and to federal law. Proceedings belong in California. Severability applies to every clause.
